Zea wall-mounted bath mixer – a classic installation with a modern twist

The Zea wall-mounted bath mixer is a versatile solution for wall-mounted baths, combining a tried-and-tested installation system with the modern design of the Zea range.

It is perhaps in the wall-mounted version that the Zea series’ design comes into its own. This form is particularly appreciated when paired with large-format tiles. In chrome, it shimmers discreetly; in black or gunmetal, it becomes a striking accent against a light-coloured wall. The simple, horizontal arrangement of the spout and lever makes the whole unit look as though it was designed as part of the bathroom, rather than simply attached to the finished wall.

This model is fitted directly to the water outlets in the wall, making it the ideal choice for both new bathrooms and when replacing old fittings without altering the plumbing. The brass body guarantees resistance to corrosion and pressure fluctuations. The tap is available in 7 colours: chrome, black, gunmetal, light gold, brushed gold, copper and nickel. The matt, brushed finishes are particularly practical — water dries on them without leaving any visible marks.

At the heart of the tap is a 35 mm Kerox ceramic cartridge, which ensures precise control of the water flow and temperature, operating smoothly even after years of use. The fixed spout, with a reach of 18.9 cm, is contoured to ensure the water stream is directed precisely into the bath. Thanks to the directional aerator, the water is aerated and flows evenly, which reduces water consumption and minimises splashing against the bath’s edges.

The set includes two shower hoses in the same colour as the tap (PVC and steel), each 150 cm long, featuring the AntiSpin function, which prevents the hose from tangling or twisting, as well as a shower head with the Anticalc system. Silicone nubs make it easy to remove limescale — simply rub them with your finger to unblock the nozzles. A mechanical selector switch allows you to lock the water flow direction in place, which is more convenient than pressure-sensitive switches, which can spring back automatically when the flow is low.
